YallaDo (Personal to-do boards and team workspaces with a daily planner.) is developed and published by Hassan Sayed, an independent developer, on Google Play and the Apple App Store. This page explains what YallaDo collects, why, and what control you have over it.
Information We Collect
- Account information — your name and e-mail address, and your profile picture if you sign in with Google or Apple and one is provided. If you sign in by e-mail, we send a one-time code to your address; no password is stored.
- Your content — the workspaces, sections, tasks, due dates, assignments, comments and @mentions you create, and the e-mail addresses you type when you invite people to a workspace.
- Notification settings and history — your choices for which events appear in the app or are sent by e-mail, and the in-app notifications generated for you.
- Notification token — a device token, registered through Firebase Cloud Messaging, so we can send push notifications (assignments, mentions, comments) to your phone. It is removed when you sign out.
- Device and diagnostic data — basic technical information needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.
Device Permissions
- Notifications — to send push notifications about tasks that involve you. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings, or choose which events notify you inside the app.
- Internet — to load and save your boards.
How We Use It
Your data is used only to provide YallaDo’s features and to keep the service running and secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.
Storage and Sharing
Your records are stored on our servers so they stay available across sessions and devices. We share data only with service providers that operate the app on our behalf (hosting and advertising), or where required by law.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account and all associated records, email us at hassansayed2002@hotmail.com from the address linked to your account, and we will complete the deletion.
Children
YallaDo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page will be updated and the date above revised.
